Here are a couple more of my red, white, and blue quilts that I love to decorate with in July. The smaller sized quilts hang on the deck railing so nicely. We really don't need to wrap up in anything big around here in July! I enjoy just seeing the quilts and their colors. To me, they add a welcoming touch. I am really enjoying all the quilt blogs and also appreciate hearing your comments on my blog and others. It will take me a while to remember who is who, but it is fun to start recognizing some of you! Have a wonderful weekend!

Lovely patriotic quilts - and I like the lighthouse too :o)
I 'ditto' what Anne said. I have a fondness for lighthouses, but those quilts are terrific.
Very nice and seasonal! It is so hot most everywhere right now that covering up with anything sounds like too much!
Lovely quilts :-)
Great quilts. I just discovered your blog and I'm loving everything. :-)
Hi Marcie, love the way your porch looks with all the little 4th of July touches. Just like out of a Country Home magazine. What great guilts!
Beautiful quilts. When you see a quilt, to me it makes things feel like a welcome home---wherever you are...
Happy 4th
Melanie
VERY nice display!
If I tried anything like that in my neighborhood, I'd come out the next morning and someone would have 'helped themselves' to it... lol
To ForestJane--That deck with the quilts is on the third floor! So is our kitchen and livingroom. I think originally there was supposed to be a view of the Chesapeake Bay, but houses keep getting built higher and trees grow. We do like the "tree house" effect, however!
Love the patriotic quilts. As an American living in Ireland, I think I need to have a few around as there are no celebrations here on the 4th!
Lovely quilts here on your blog! I am from College Park, Maryland originally. What part of Virginia are you in?
welcome to the ring! Lovely quilts and display!
