HAPPY TO REPORT

You may recall my post regarding my quilts and patterns going to Hershey, PA for the Quilt Odyssey show. Well, today Jean from The Happy Sewing Room, in Hamburg, PA, called to say that my quilts were a great success and she sold out of Indian Paintbrush (pictured above).

The photo above shows Wintergreen, a small version of Table Scraps (little brown churn dash), Scrappy Patches, above right, and Pioneer Trail in the lower right. The red star is not one of mine, but I like it a lot! I only sent them two quilts, and the rest are samples that they made up, including one that you can't see. So hooray for The Happy Sewing Room! You might want to check out their website.

Thanks for stopping by! ~Marcie

Yippee! I love thinking about all those Patchalot patterns being out in the world stitched up . . . just as we speak. Can you year the machines humming? *s*

wow, grandma! that's so neat, I love the idea that your work and patterns are being made in homes besides yours. Think of all the little kids who are going to be wrapped up and warmed in your beautiful Indian Paintbrush!

p.s. I don't have your package yet, but I think I'll get it today. My roommate and I learned yesterday that the UPS man has been unable to deliver our packages, because BYU won't recognize that the packages are ours, since they say "Becky Froelich" instead of "Rebeccah Froelich"

it's mental.

we're staking out the Wilk, and stopping the UPS man before he goes inside. We each have packages coming and so help me, we'll get them!
