I am not usually into the wearable arts thing. I admire it, and the fine work involved, but it is just not me. Being the conservative soul that I am, I could never wear this jacket either. But isn't it just so cool? It is all wool! Apparently the judges liked it also.

Yes, I can appreciate the work but really....was alot of work for something I wouldn't wear. Did you happen to notice that the quilters attending this show weren't wearing many quilt related items? Nor did I see near as many quilted backpacks and bags compared to previous shows. My friends also pointed this out before I said anything. Perhaps it was the Thursday and Friday crowd that didn't?
You might not be surprised to learn how much I loved this one, too. Your smiling face is on my blog today! :)
